02. Tour Price
All tour price are quoted net in US$ and
Euro money. All tour prices do not include airport
Departure tax Myanmar, Visa fees and personal expenses.

03. Gratuities and Tipping
Myanmars are really happy to help
foreign visitors and don't expect anything in return.
But if your guide or any other person during your trip
was especially kind or helpful a gratuity would be a
kind motion and greatly appreciated.

04. Payment Procedure
We are flexible and can be negotiated.
The payment should be set by transfer to the Bank or in
cash.

05. Cancellation
NIKO Travels and Tours does not charge
any cancellation fee on its side. If it occurs, it is
going to deal with the hotels, flights, river cruise,
etc., and the cancellation fee would be followed up only
according to their cancellation system of the hotels,
flights, river cruise, trains, etc.

06. Discount
Every 16th member of a group will be
given complimentary subject to a maximum limit of one
member.
One child under 12 years is generally arranged a
reduction of 50% of the tour price, provided that he/she
is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and
stays in the same room in an offered bed. Please check
before proceeding with any reservations.

07. Responsibility
NIKO Travels and Tours, Travels Services
we offer only an agent for the person or companies
providing accommodation, transportation and other
services; called "Service Providers".
Therefore it is not responsibility any loss or liability
for any injury, accidents, damage, loss or delay to
person or property. Additional expenses incurred due to
personal delay, accident, natural disaster and other
unexpected circumstances shall be born by the tourist
themselves.

08. Refund
After commencement of travel, no refund
either in full or part, will be given for unutilized
services included in the program.

09. Unused Services
No refunds can be given for unused or
partially used services during the tour program.
