rate and special program. Every evening the students may
discuss their daily experience and playing games. The
students may observe to the home industry.

Day 1 (Yangon)
 Upon arrival at Yangon
airport, you will be welcomed by your guide and
transferred to your hotel. Lunch at local restaurant.
Your journey begins with an afternoon tour through Yangon’s colonial–style city. Visit SULE PAGODA; dating
back over 2,000 years ago, and the magnificent reclining
Buddha at CHAUK HTAT GYI. After a photo stop at the
KARAWEIK HALL; a ‘hamsa-bird-shaped’ floating barge on
Kandawgyi royal lake, complete your first day in Myanmar
with an extended visit to one of the world’s most
spectacular monuments; the SHWEDAGON PAGODA. Dinner and
overnight stay at hotel in Yangon.

Day 2 (Bagan)
 After breakfast you will
be transferred to the airport for domestic flight to
Bagan. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Visit
through the colorful Nyaung U market and continue the
day with visits to the most significant pagodas and
temples of Bagan including SHWEZIGON PAGODA; built by
King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious
shrine, KHAY MIN GA TEMPLE; noted for its panoramic view
of area’s numerous monuments and ANANDA TEMPLE; with four
standing Buddha’s images. Lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch, visit one of Myanmar most treasured
handicrafts, a lacquer-ware workshop. You will continue
to MANUHA TEMPLE; built in the Mon style in 1059 and
follow on to NANPAYA TEMPLE; a unique sandstone
monument. Next you will explore the MYINGABA GU BYAUKGYI
TEMPLE; a temple noteworthy for its mural paintings
under the protection of UNESCO and go to watch the
sunset over the SHWESANDAW Pagoda. Dinner and overnight
stay at Bagan Hotel.

Day 3 ( Bagan )
 Breakfast at hotel. Visit the site of
TAYOKEPAY TEMPLE in Min Nan Thu Village, PHAYA THONE ZU
and NANDAMANYA TEMPLES noted for exquisite murals of
13th century; KYAT KAN CAVE monastery, a famous
meditation center in Bagan. Continue to farming villages
around Bagan to gain insight into the lives of the local
people. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, continue
to visit Stupas and Temples in Bagan. Dinner and
overnight stay at Hotel in Bagan.

Day 4 (Bagan – Amarapura - Mandalay)
 After breakfast, you will be transferred
to the airport for domestic flight to Mandalay. Upon
arrival, excursion to AMARAPURA;11km from Mandalay to
visit MAHAGANDAYON MONASTERY where more than a thousand
monks live and study. Time permitting you will have the
opportunity to observe the monks having their last meal
of the day in total silence. Continue to 200years old U
BEIN teak bridge, built in 1782 at the time when
Amarapura was Royal capital. The BAGAYA MONSTERY will
delight you an interesting collection of Buddha
statues before returning to Mandalay. Lunch at local
restaurant. After lunch you will experience the sights
and sounds of Mandalay including one of the most revered
religious monuments in Myanmar, the MAHAMUNI PAGODA, the
SHWE INBIN MONSTERY, the GOLDEN PALACE MONESTERY and
visit traditional gold-leaf workshop before proceeding
to MANDALAY HILL for sunset. Dinner and overnight stay
at Hotel.

Day 5 (Mandalay- Heho - Pindaya – Inle Lake)
 After breakfast, you will be transferred
to the airport for domestic flight to Heho. You will
proceed by road to PINDAYA (65km- 1 1/2h) and visit
PINDAYA CAVES; a unique site housing thousands of Buddha
images placed there by pilgrims over the centuries.
After lunch, drive to NYAUNG SHWE (95km – 1½ h) and
transfer to your hotel on the Inle Lake. Dinner and
overnight stay at Inle Lake.

Day 6 ( Inle Lake )
 Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to one of
the local markets by boat in the Inle Lake region (on
market days only) and the weaving village of INPAWKHON.
Lunch at local restaurant. Visits to PHAUNG-DAW-OO
PAGODA, sight of the famous leg rowers , typical
floating gardens , local methods of fishing , village
life and magnificent sceneries. Dinner and overnight stay
at Hotel.

Day 7 (Heho-Yangon)
After breakfast, transfer to airport for
domestic flight to Yangon. And stroll through the
BOGYOKE (SCOTTS) MARKET for shopping. Free at leisure.
Dinner and over night at hotel.

Day 8 (Yangon – International)
After breakfast, transfer to airport for
international flight |
